I don’t know about you but I’m about to get out of my seat! What does this have to do with your business? Glad you asked!
This is the energy you need to have every day when it comes to your business. You have to be ready to knuck and you have to stay buck!
Ok, ok, let me translate. You have to be willing to fight (knuck) for your business and your dreams. As an entrepreneur, we may face many obstacles. We have to have to fight the naysayers. We have to fight the haters. We have to fight our own doubts and insecurities.
We have to fight through the lean times and fight to stay vigilant during the lush times.
One of the biggest challenges we have to fight is fear. Fear can be crippling. Fear can be the ultimate dream killer. Fear keeps us stuck. Stuck in old situations and thought patterns. A quick Google search on fear and this is what comes up.

Real or imagined! So much of our fear is not based on real circumstances. It’s junk thinking that we keep replaying in our heads.
Face your fear and do it anyway! What are you worried about? Failure? So what if an effort fails? Who are you worried about? Mona? Mona? (In my Soulja Boy voice) You mean the chick who hasn’t done anything since high school? Ain’t nobody worried about Mona! Do what you need to do. Haters gone hate!
Now let’s get to the buck part. Stay with me. As an entrepreneur, you have to be able to buck! Buck the system and go hard for your business.
Show up in rooms that they said you don’t belong in. Bring your own seat to the table. Do the things unexpected of you.
Buck the stereotypes!
Buck the negativity!
Buck the unrealistic expectations!
You have to get in there and grind it out every day! Be kind to yourself but don’t be easy on your.
